AD large series robot apply mainly to 400-4000-ton horizontal injection molding machine for finished product taken off , you can add the jib to be suit for removing ruuner from three plate mold , upper and lower arms are made of double transverse cutting-arm, and drive mode is for inverter motor driver, optional AC servo motor driving, up and down and drawing are pressure-driven. A production arm up and down axis optional with AC servo motor drive to increase the efficiency of products take off from the mold and enhance productivity (20%-30%), lower product defective rates and save the output of the manpower, precise controlling and protection of the operator's safety.

This machine belongs to our R series rotary machine, when the machine is working, a fixed upper mould, together with two or more moulds will be acting and moulding by turns in a same plane, one mould is moulding and other lower moulds are working in the matched molds area.  The machine enjoys high safety and can greatly improve working efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
